Golf Handi (the "App") computes an unofficial golf handicap estimate (your "Handicap" in the App) from scores you enter. It is not a Handicap Index® and is not valid where an official handicap is required. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the USGA or The R&A.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. Use of the App requires an active auto-renewing subscription ($9.95/year) billed through your Apple account; it renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends and can be managed in App Store ▸ Subscriptions. You may delete your account and associated personal data at any time from Profile ▸ Delete Account.
You retain ownership of the scores, course notes, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant Golf Handi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display Your Content for the purpose of operating and improving the App. Golf Handi owns all right, title, and interest in anonymized and aggregated data derived from use of the App (data that does not identify you), and may use it for any lawful purpose, including analytics, benchmarking, and product research.
Golf Handi owns the App, its software, branding, design, and all intellectual property in them. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.
Handicap estimates depend on the accuracy of the scores and course ratings you enter. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
With your consent, the App and Apple's frameworks collect crash reports and diagnostic information (app version, device model, OS version, error summaries — never your scores, email, or location) to identify and fix defects. Diagnostics you share via "Report a problem," and crash data shared through your iOS analytics settings, may be used by Golf Handi and its service providers solely for quality, security, and support purposes. Purchase receipts are processed by Apple; the App receives only entitlement status and an anonymous account token.
Payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account and are subject to Apple's terms. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store settings.
Don't misuse the App, attempt to extract its data at scale, reverse engineer it, or use it to misrepresent an official handicap.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time; Section 3's license survives for content already processed into anonymized/aggregated form.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Colorado.
